LSM, founded in 2006 by Trevor Emerson, started as a local search engine optimization provider for small businesses in Nashville, TN. Originally self-funded and operated out of a kitchen, LSM quickly expanded its operations after realizing that comprehensive digital marketing solutions were needed to help businesses succeed online.
Over the years, LSM's down-to-earth transparency and enterprise-grade analytical insights have proven successful with businesses of all sizes, including multi-location franchisors. Today, LSM is a full-service advertising agency with employees and offices in Nashville, TN, and Denver, CO. Now, LSM has set their sights on expanding even further by acquiring Adlava, a digital marketing agency based in Las Vegas.
"I am very happy to expand the LSM brand and to bring on the Adlava team, their previous offerings complement our existing services and will allow us to provide more value to both new and current clients. As an avid admirer of the city of Las Vegas and the vibrant culture that surrounds it, I'm particularly excited about this expansion. The exhilarating thrill of anticipation lurking around every corner of each casino and resort always captivated me whenever I visit. I see enormous potential for our business to grow in this dynamic city," says Trevor Emerson, Owner, and CEO of LSM
LSM's recent acquisition of Adlava, a full-service search engine marketing and web development agency located in Las Vegas, Nevada, will bring numerous benefits to the company as they continue to grow and expand their business. Adlava's previous focus and initiatives on providing exceptional software development services that prioritized long-term relationships with clients will complement and blend well into LSM's commitment to transparency and powerful analytical insights. The acquisition will also expand LSM's expertise in search engine marketing and web development, allowing them to offer even more comprehensive digital marketing solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
"As the previous owner of Adlava, having spent 15 years building and cultivating the company, it was of utmost importance to me to find someone that shared similar values and could further enhance our service offerings for both existing and future customers. With LSM, I have found a dynamic organization led by the visionary CEO, Trevor Emerson, who shares my passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and prioritizing employee satisfaction. Together, we are confident that our the shared values and complementary expertise of Adlava will enable LSM to provide even greater value to our new and existing clients and position LSM as a leading force in the industry," says Nick Kaptain, previous owner of Adlava.
LSM is embarking on an exciting new phase with the acquisition of Adlava. As a full-service provider of business solutions to corporate-owned multi-location businesses and franchise brands, LSM is dedicated to delivering superior services that drive growth and revenue. By combining Adlava's expertise in search engine marketing, web development and software services with LSM's own capabilities, we are able to offer a wider range of solutions to our clients than ever before.
As a Google Advertising Partner and Facebook Agency Partner, LSM is renowned for its expertise in creating scalable websites, designing lead-generating advertising campaigns, and delivering award-winning SEO optimizations. We are proud to be able to offer even more comprehensive marketing strategies to our clients, thanks to the integration of Adlava's resources into our business. The expanded capabilities of LSM will enable us to deliver exceptional results to our clientele and cement our position as a key players in the industry. We are excited about the great opportunities that this integration will bring, and we look forward to continuing to provide cutting-edge solutions to our valued clients.
